What foods should I actually avoid?
Unpasteurized dairy, raw fish and meat, high-mercury fish (shark, swordfish, king mackerel), deli meats unless heated to steaming, and alcohol. Most other rules are softer than the internet suggests.
Are prenatal gummies enough?
Most gummies leave out iron. Check the label: a prenatal that includes 27mg of iron is the clinical standard, gummy or otherwise.
